Could someone please clarify the distinction between the Shopify Billing API and the App Price set in the Shopify App listing within the Partners Dashboard account? I'm particularly interested in understanding whether the price set in the Shopify App listing is automatically deducted by Shopify on app installation, or if the Shopify Billing API must be used for this purpose.
