Classifieds and Traditional sales listings

Hi there.

I'm looking for a theme/app that allows for a combination of traditional product listings as well as classifieds ads (loaded by us, not third pary). Does any such theme/app exist, or is there an app that can be added to what is a normal Shopify product listing theme?

How does one get ads listed for products that you don't hold yourself, but which needs to send a lead to an external advertiser?
