App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hi there,
I hope someone can help. I have recently added Click & Drop Royal Mail to my Shopify as an alternative option for shipping. It shows me on Click & Drop that the integration is successful however when I go on to my Shopify account I can’t even locate the Click & Drop APP.
please if someone can help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. Irina

Hi @IrinaB,
My understanding is that the Click & Drop app is primarily aimed at helping you manage your orders and fulfill your shipments when using Royal Mail, rather than offering rates to your customers. Installing Click & Drop into your Shopify store will not display Royal Mail shipping rates at checkout, as far as I understand. You can instead use the app to import your orders from Shopify and buy and print shipping labels for them, which can then be dropped off at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP). They have more information on their website.
There are apps on the Shopify App Store that allow you to offer rates from both UK-based couriers, such as Starshipit and Easyship. These apps will provide live rates from these couriers and are best used to provide your customers with the most accurate rates possible. If you decide to use manual rates, you can include the name of the courier in the shipping rate (e.g. "Royal Mail Standard Shipping").
I hope this helps but please let me know if you have more questions about this.

Hi @IrinaB,
I believe the Royal Mail's Click & Drop integration will display as a sales channel, and not an app. If you've installed Click & Drop, you should see it if you head to Settings > Sales channels. This is how it appears on my test store:
Please let me know if you're still not seeing the app appear here in your store.
