closing shop

i’ve recieved multiple emails from shopify saying they’re going to close my shop. i have done nothing wrong i keep trying to email back saying what can i do and nothing. i got one today saying “Our recent review of your Shopify store revealed critical violations of Shopify’s policies. Failure to rectify these issues promptly will result in the deactivation of your store without further notice.” literally i am doing nothing wrong please help is it a fake email ??
