COD upfront charges

I have found an app that allows the feature to accept only COD and shipping charges upfront at the time of order confirmation
>> PayCOD | COD Upfront Payment
but the trial version only offers 10 orders per month, and paid is not what I am looking at this stage.
do anyone know similar app??
