Code for shopify forms app to insert into blog post

Hi There, 

I have created a lovely basic form for lead generation in the Shopify Forms app... great... Now I want to insert this into a couple of blogs not all my blogs, so not as a section on a blog template... into the blog post, so was thinking of the html code... I cannot see how to find the code to insert the created 'form' into a blog... I have tried to look for it - anyone got the code snippet? 

Then I can update the form ID to the right one and insert that into my blog post... ?
