Collaborator can't see Facebook Linked in Shopify Backend

Hello,

We have linked Facebook to our Shopify Account - we can see the personal facebook, and the account's business manager. However when one of our collaborators logs in, he can't see the two linked and it states "Set-up". How do we fix this?

The Facebook Channel is designed to have a one-to-many connection in a store. That means each staff member in your store can have their own personal Facebook account connected to the channel. Because of this, it is expected that the Facebook account you set up when you were logged into your Shopify account will not appear in the Facebook channel when a different staff member is logged into their own Shopify account. 

 

Since there's no workaround for this at this time, I'm happy to pass along a suggestion to our development team for the ability to connect and access one common Facebook account in your Shopify store. While this isn't an immediate and guaranteed solution, rest assured that we take your suggestions into consideration when releasing updates on our platform. If this is something we can offer in the future, we will be announcing this on Shopify Changelog.

 

While we're on the topic of Facebook, I'm glad to learn you're utilizing the channel. In addition to selling on that platform, if you haven't yet, consider running ads on Facebook as well. We have plenty of tutorials and courses on how to run Facebook ads effectively so if this is new to you, you don't have to worry as you have the guidance you need within reach. If it's something you have already been doing, you can still take tips on how to optimize your ads to make them successful.
