Collection And Search Filters Not Showing on Canopy Theme

Hi, I am using Canopy theme for my website. I seem to have lost all my filtering - both from A to Z, Highest to lowest etc as well as by collections. I have a 3rd party app installed but this only works when someone searches but not if someone clicks on a collection. 

I seem to be going round in circles! On the Canopy theme documentation which is 2.0 there doesn't seem to be any mention. 

Any help would be most appreciated! 🙂

Hello,

Check the app settings, you have to enable it for collections pages too.
If you can't find it, ask from app support.

it could be that you can reactivate it if you go to:

"online-store->themes -> customize"

there select the collection template you are using - on the left hand side select "product grid" and then - on the right hand side - go to theses settings:
