Company name when sending Shopify links are replaced as "Undefined"

Hi! How do we fix the issue with our Shopify links? Whenever we send links to various platforms, the name that should be our company name is replaced with "undefined." It started when we used one of the SEO apps in Shopify. The links are working fine; the only problem we are facing is that the store name is replaced by the word "undefined."

For specific app issues contact that app's support directly.

If a theme based issue restore a theme backup if you made one before making changes to your themes, and retest.

Regardless , you need to drastically improve the detail for other people else to be able to understand what YOU see and do.

What is meant by "Whenever we send links", what feature are you using to "send" links,  are these the social share links feature some themes have that customers click, is this an issue in email templates, etc etc etc.

If this is for social media previews test your urls with a social share previewer or debug them
