Why can't I link my Facebook and Instagram to my ecommerce site?

I have been tryin to connect my facebook and instagram to my shopify for 3 weeks or more and it is not working. I am the only owner of this page but it keeps goin in circled asking me to claim my own page repeatedly. this is is extremely frustrating and frankly not a problem I had with godaddy. i am extremely upset as your set up connection to these important sales channels is not at all user friendly

I had the same problem about a year ago. What worked for me was deleting the page and creating a new one. Maybe that works for you too. I wish you all the best!

The page has been created for over a year and already has reviews.
