Connecting Two Shopify App (Admin app to a Shopify Extension only App)

Hi Guys

I'm building a Shopify UI Extension similar to Shipping Methods. My client wants it to be an Extensions Only app because they already have another app functioning on the admin side. They want to know if it's possible to link both apps so they can manage settings from their admin app and control features on my extension-only app.
