Consent manager app: how to block GA pixel?

Hello Shopify Community,

I have an issue. I'm using a tool for the management of the cookies: https://www.consentmanager.net/. Once the tool is installed, it should block all the pixels as long as the user has not given any consent. To do so, I should block all pixels via GTM.

The problem is GA is installed via shopify (to be able to see ecommerce data) and not via GTM. When I modify the GA script (so that the cookie is blocked till the user gives consent) and place that script into shopify, GA still fires without user consent. How can I add in shopify a modified version of my GA script ?
