Controlling prices across multiple sales channels

Hi

I am looking to control my product prices from Shopify across different sales channels. Ideally be able to apply a blanket discount % per channel so that the products are displayed on that channel at the discounted price. 

I would also like to do the same for other websites / partners who link into / refer customers through to our site. That is make sure the prices displayed on our site are discounted appropriately for the customer having being passed through from the partner site.

Is there an app or similar to use with Shopify to achieve this?
