Conversion Rates Not reflecting Accurately, Especially Orders coming in from easy sell COD app

I have an issue with conversion rates not reflecting properly in my store analytics, the way my store is setup is to encourage people to buy online by giving them freeshipping and 10% Off, that's done through regular shopify checkout and reflects fine on conversion analytics and pay shipping fees +  no discount when they pay via cash on delivery, that's managed through the Easy Sell COD app on shopify

My issue is, all of the orders made via COD app aren't reflecting on conversion analytics despite them being valid orders and showing on the orders page. can someone please help?
