Countdown Timer For Launching A Collection

Hi there,

I am launching a collection coming up in a couple days. I have uploaded all the products, created the collection page etc. and set the active date for the launch date.

I want to direct customers who click a link on the homepage for the new collection to a collection page or a regular page which shows a countdown timer and possibly a place where they can input their email's to be reminded of the collection launch. 

Can you guy's recommend me any apps to do this or maybe guide me on how to activate this feature if it's already on Shopify.
