Coupon code discount app based on quantity in cart

Hello,

I am looking for an app that calculates discount based on Coupon Codes. For ex: Buy 2 Get $10 Off, Buy 3 Get $20 Off, Buy 4 Get $30 Off, Buy 5 Get $40 Off so and and so forth. The customer can mix and match from multiple collections and is not limited to just one collection. They should be able to receive discount once they enter the promo code and the discount is applied to the total cart value. Also need a full report of the promo code - how many times it was used, which customer used it and other other information. 

I have exhausted my search on the Shopify app store but couldn't find an app that meets my requirement. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

Most of these type of apps have gone away from using promo codes to apply the discount. These apps are most often referred to as quantity breaks or bundle apps. Here are a couple I think will work for your case:
