App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hey,
we've got a prospect with a multilingual store. Can anyone explain if the prospect can download the app and it will cover both languages or a separate install is needed for each language?
Appreciate any help and advice!
Thanks!
Hey, @OKOSTA.
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
Typically, you'd only need to download one app for translating languages and you can try our free Translate & Adapt app. You can also show country and language selectors using our Geolocation app. However, as there are some limitations with Translate & Adapt, you may prefer using a third-party translation app in some cases.
Apps like langify or T Lab - AI Language Translate are some great options for consideration. Should you or your client need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page.
That being said, I'd love to hear more about your client's business! What types of products are they selling? Are they considering to migrate their store to Shopify?
