I'm setting a web page with BMR calculation function. I'll need to get user each input Age (value), Weight (value), Height (value) to become BMR. Then with the next question to ask user select on their activities level: Sedentary (BMR*1.2), Mild (BMR*1.375), Moderate (BMR*1.5), Heavy (BMR*1.7). With each selection have it's value and formula to the final result and direct the user to my product.
Example:
BMR calculation for men (metric)
BMR = 66.4 + ( 13.7 x weight in kg ) + ( 5.0 x height in cm ) - ( 6.7 x age in years )
Activity Level
Sedentary BMR x 1.2
Mild BMR x 1.375
Moderate BMR x 1.5
Heavy BMR x 1.7
