Create Shopify App: Capture Customer Form Data in Frontend, Display in Admin

I want to create a custom app in Shopify with the custom form created in frontend and when customers fill this form with frontend customer form data show into the Shopify admin.

Also, suggest which platform I must use to create a Custom app because I am new to Shopify development.
