Creating a recurring charge in euro instead of usd?

Hi,
I'm a partner (module for merchants).
I'm using this api to create recurring charge
https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/billing/subscriptions/annual

It indicates "The price input supports only the USD currency code", but it appears that we can send price in EUR.

Most of my clients are europeans so i would prefer using euros instead of USD.
Is it possible to create recurring charge in euros instead of USD ? and what will be the shopify invoice for merchants ?

• if we send our api request in EUR, shopify will convert it in USD each month ( so USD price will change every month ) and include it in customer invoice on shopify

• if we send our api request in USD, shopify will include it in USD in invoice ( so USD price will be the same amount every month )
