I want to setup an CRM loyalty in my shopify for the member's bonus system.

lets say, share, comment, invite friends, birthday, that can earn the bonus and convert to be discount or any credit note etc.

can any member recommend me any？

You can try Pipedrive, Freshworks, or wxora. The last one I have been using for a year and itțs pretty good.
