I have a problem with abandoned carts and I contacted customer service and they said the problem is in the coding and they cannot solve it. Please solve the problem and provide it to me.

From what I know abondoned carts is something where users are adding products but not buying. This feels more like a marketing or may be performance issue. 

Is there like a bug or something in the code which users might be facing trying to complete their purchase??
