Custom amounts for Gift Cards, this should replace the default Denominations

I'd like to have the option for customers to enter their own amount for a gift card, the customer should be able to enter they amount to pay for Gift Cards, this should replace the default Denominations.

Thanks Talktohenryj, but my client will not go for a % type of gift card. It looks like we're going to have to develop our own app to achieve this, really didn't want to do this.
