Custom Customer Collection

Can someone tell me if there is any app or theme where the customer can log in and create their own customer collection ?

I don't believe there is an app that allows a customer to create their own collection, however something similar you may want to check out is Wishlist+Share - It's basically an app where your customer can create their "collection" and share it with their friends/family or just to save for future reference!
