custom food menu ordering apps

Hey everyone, 

I'm hoping you can help. I'm looking for an app or ideas on how I can make it simpler for customers to customise their catering orders from having more option to select from, or to custom order cakes with different toppings etc. as I work full time in a day job and full time in my business I struggle to always get to custom orders that come though email within a timely manner. or is the old-school Pdf option still the best way to go
