Custom Language Translation (for size translation)

I was looking to make use of possibly a language app to create three separate English languages for our store as functionality to display the shoe size relevant to the country or location of the visitor. This is primarily as we sell footwear and sizing can be confusing for customers outside of the region displayed. We also sell multiple brands with many variances in sizing - so this is not consistent across all products. We have size charts but having this auto display would be ideal for customer conversion. Ideally this would be to allow us to have three languages to display:

English (UK Size) - targeted to UK and Ireland

English (EU Size) - targeted to European countries

English (US Size) - targeted to US and rest of the world

We are intending to start using a language app to have multiple languages for our site - so thought this would be easy to include. Alternatively if anyone knows of a good app or solution for this which isn't a language app that may also be a great work around for the sizing display this would be appreciated.
