Custom QR code private landing page

Hi! We are looking to add QR codes to our ID Tags that we make in house. For this we would need a personalised QR code that goes to a specific landing page for each. Is there an app that can help you design the landing page and also provide a QR code for this. Or is there 2 apps which work together to make this easier? 

We would like to keep the separate and not show on our front end so think an app would be the best way forwards.

please send the link to your store and the link to the "landing page" that you want to redirect to using a qr code.

I have my fair share of using QR codes. I generally print them on shirts that I sell, and they are linked to either the customer's website or to a link for a YouTube video. You can create various QR codes using any online QR code generator. I remember seeing the "Landing page" QR code as one of the types of QR code you can create, as it allows you to build a simple landing page that you can link to a QR code as a sort of substitute if you don't have your website yet. Perhaps this can be helpful to you.

You can create landing pages without purchasing hosting or a domain with Uniqode (formerly Beaconstac). If you use dynamic codes, you can also update your landing page at any point. By the way, you don't need any app for this generator. I've been using it for a long time and never had any issues. You can check the landing page creation in detail and other features here.
