Custom Time and Price for Recurring Payments

Hey all!

I'm currently working on a store that sells nicotine-free vapes to help people quit nicotine while still having something to fulfill their oral fixation. The end goal is for them to stop using our product as well and go completely clean, so I'm hoping to set up a package that has recurring payments sending less and less product each month until it stops. I was thinking maybe something like this:

Month 1: 2 bars sent every two weeks

Month 2: 1 bar every two weeks

Month 3: 1 bar

And then the payments would stop there. I've been exploring different subscription apps, but can't seem to find one with this functionality. Would anyone happen to know a possible solution for this?
