customer access token without password

I developed an OTP verification app using Remix, and after the verification process, I want customers to log in to the Shopify website through my app. What are the available methods to achieve this, which API should I call, and how can I utilize a customer access token when the only verification method is OTP, without requiring a password input on my app?
