Customer Fields app not retrieving data in Frontend

Hello Everyone,

I have a problem regarding retrieving data on the frontend view of the account page on my store.

I have a form on my account/profile page and it shows the information of the user.

The fields like title/salutation and postcode did not show the value, but their values in the Customers from the Customers Fields app are there.

Can you please tell me or if you encountered the same problem with me,
