Customer Tag

Hi Shopify Support,

Ann here from Wholesale Gorilla. I have tried to change the tag on this customer multiple times and when I click save it says "Customer Updated" however, it then tells me if I leave the page the changes won't be saved.
Because we are unable to update this tag, this customer is not able to receive the discounts created in our app. Please advise.​

Wholesale Gorilla asked me to copy what they tried to help me with so it can be explained correctly.

If those are real customer details you'll want to delete those from here. Don't think they'll appreciate you sharing them to the world (and would be considered a privacy breach in some parts of the world).

Don't hand out staff invites or give admin password to forum members unless absolutely needed. In most cases the help you need can be handled without that.

If talking to support the main things you'd need are the customer ID and the shop url. posting customer info is not required.

 

Out of interest have you already lodged a ticket with Support or is this the first place you've come to?
