How can I create a real-time inventory adjustment app for corporate gifts?

Hello Everyone!

Hope you're doing well.

I am kind of lost and I hope you can help.

We are a B2B company that sells corporate gifts.

What we are trying to achieve with an app is to create a customer portal for each of our clients where they can simply login and add a shipping address everytime they want to send a gift to one of their employees.

As we have a minimum order qty of 50 gifts, they purchase them all since the beginning so we only need the app to reflect that inventory in their profile and as they ship the qty will adjust in real time.

In their profile they should be able to see their order history.

I appreciate any ideas or suggestions.
