Customised Bundle Apps

I have been looking for a good customised bundle app, where customers are able to choose sizes of their products in their bundles. I came across this does anyone know if something like this exisits - it is SO user-friendly, clean and exactly what I am after (assuming it is custom coded).

At the moment I am using BYOB and it is the best I have found, but just a lot clunkier than how this one for gethommey is displayed!
