I'm looking for an app where I can create product customizer like here:

I need to create an ability for customer to design their own neon sign, so they have to be able to:

1) write words so they will be shown in a design area
2) change fonts
3) get a quote

What you're looking for can all be setup with Bold Product Options.

Like you asked you can ask for custom words, font style and quote. Here is an example of a site that uses Product Options:

Not sure if you are still looking for a solution, we've recently built a neon sign designer app at https://custom-neon-sign-designer.vercel.app/

We have added a few special features to this
- The background images can be swapped to see how the design looks
- The neon sign can be moved around the wall for different placements
- Customers can upload their own walls to see how the sign looks on their wall
- The design visual can be resized
