Customize "Manage" Button to Redirect to App Page, Like Shopify Subscriptions app does

I’m developing an application to manage SellingPlans, and have run into a problem with the "Manage" button functionality. In the standard Shopify Subscriptions app, clicking "Manage" takes users to the app’s main page. However, in my app’s extension, clicking “Manage” opens the Extension window instead.

Is there a way to configure the "Manage" button to redirect users to my application’s main page instead of opening the Extension window? Any guidance would be highly appreciated!
