Does anyone know of an app which allows you to design products while customizing hair, skin tone, outfit, etc?  Gossby.com has examples of this.  Thanks!

You can accomplish this by installing a customized product options app to your Shopify store. These apps allow you to create unique options that your customers can configure to their liking. There are a variety of different apps to choose from. Below are a few popular options that I recommend checking out:
