Data disappearing from application, required to refetch?

Targeting this API,

/admin/products.json?collection_id=

I get the data without any issues however, a few hours later. The data just returns empty even though it was persisting for a few hours. I am running a cron job, however this has been tested thoroughly to make sure it wasn't interfering with anything in my DB. If you need more information, please feel free to ask.

If you have any idea of what it could be in the application, please feel free to reach out as well. Open to any suggestions, as I have thoroughly gone through and checked how data is being cloned.
