Debutify theme discount applied twice on checkout

Hey
I have quantity breaks on my debutify theme website. I have buy 1 product, normal price. Then buy 2 and get $31 off. For some reason the discount code gets applied twice at checkout. 
On the left side the discount is applied as it should but on the right side it's applied again. How do I fix this?
