Default selling plan for product

Hello, is it possible to set default selling plan for product? with an 
i've created product with requiresSellingPlan = true
and on product page i've got an error: "Variant can only be purchased with a selling plan."
i see an option - create a custom button and rest-api call, but it's public app and i don't wanna make a mess, it will be easier to just set default selling plan for product
