Delaying the sending of information to apps?

Is there a way to get Shopify to delay the sending of order information to apps for a set amount of time? We're trying to make it so that the orders placed in Shopify do not show up in ShipStation for 24 hours. Does anyone know anyway to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
