Deleted app codes caused app blocks and embed codes of other apps to not function

Can someone please help me this have been driving me up the wall. I downloaded a few apps from Bss that left me with a skip of junk codes in my theme, I deleted all their codes and traces from my theme but when I tried using other apps with app blocks or embed codes the contents wont display on my theme whatsoever. Luckily, I made a copy prior to me deleting anything and it seems like deleting their traces causes app blocks and embed codes to not function my theme. I have tried using the same apps on the copied theme and everything works just fine.

Can someone please help me delete their junk without affecting anything to do with app blocks and embed codes, I am struggling here with all their junk causing my store to slow down and it's filling up my theme to the brim. I would appreciate any help possible!
