Delivery Date based on variant of the product

I am looking for an app that allows me to adjust the shipping/delivery date based on the variant of the product. 

For example, size S in the Blue Jeans will be shipped in 3 days but size M in the Blue Jeans will take 2-5 weeks.

Please recommend an app for these needs.
