Delivery date option is showing up while it is disabled

"Delivery Date & Time Suite" app is disabled and deleted from Apps.. but it still working for some of our customers.. Unable to trace out the cause

Can anyone please help me out on this.. we no longer require delivery date feature up while check out so we want to stop it completely
