I need support for the below case.
I am creating orders on Shopify (via dashboard and online store) and have a webhook installed on the order creation event. Our app Tookan is also installed on the same store. I need to know how I can manage delivery status updates for the unfulfilled orders via my app.
I have attached the screenshots about how my app clients want it to be shown on Shopify.
This is very urgent as I have not been able to get the query resolved via Shopify help centre and they redirected me here.
I was advised to use orderUpdate mutation on Shopify which I tried but there was no update in the order and I also received this error from my store when I installed the app on my shopify store.
