Detect when our app client logs to their Shopify admin dashboard and need help in adding a chat box

Hello there,

We have a Shopify app.

a. How to detect when someone (our app client) logs to their Shopify store admin dashboard(not the app dashboard)?

b. Within our app dashboard, I am looking for a way to set up an instant chat support box between the merchant and my customer service team. How to add this?

Any pointer would be appreciated
