Hi, I have a DHL business account and I would like to use my rates on my Shopify account as well. How can I connect the 2 ?

hi @Daniel19901 you can use our Multi Carrier Shipping Label app to connect your DHL business account to your Shopify store. You will be able to print shipping labels and add tracking details back to your Shopify orders. For displaying shipping rates at checkout, you will only be able to do so with DHL Express (not DHL Paket) as only DHL Express provides the option to get live shipping rates to any platform using their services.

You can install the app for free for 14 days and try out the rates and labels functionality.

You can utilize the 14-day free trial to connect your DHL Germany account and check out the app to see if it meets your needs. If you require any assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team here.

Additionally, I would like to inform you that DHL Express offers both Rates and Labels API, whereas DHL Paket offers only Labels API. This means you may not be able to display account-based rates to customers at checkout for DHL Paket. However, if you have a DHL Express account, you can display your account rates at checkout, create shipping labels, and track shipments using the app.
