Different Forms subscription versus Shopify security block.

Hello,

On my site I have created for the moment three differents Forms with the Form app and integrated on three different pages. The first problem is that without any reason these forms suddenly disappears on the online site frequently. What could be the reason for that?

The second problem is the following. The third Form is a Form where clients could make an inscription for an event I'm organising in juin. But If the client exists already under the customers, he send me a mail for the inscription but he doesn't send a automated mail confirmation for his inscription (who is created by me) and put in automations. The reason for that is that Shopify block this for security reasons. The same thing with a request price form. 

Any body knows how I can resolve this problem. For me its very urgent because the event is begin juin 2024.
