Different Products For Different Local Regions

I have a grocery shopping service store www.shopatyourdoor.co.za , that allows customers to shop from their favourite retailer, the problem I'm having is that products are not always available in all regions in my country, is there a way that clients can choose their region and only products for that region will be available to purchase?
