different shipping charges for seperate vendors

Hello,

   Is there any app which will show customer separate shipping charges for separate vendors. 

Example:

Shipping charge of vendor A - $10 and free option

Shipping charge of vendor B - $15 and free option

When customer checked out product of vendor A and B, the should be able to see all 4 shipping options

Product A.1 - 

   Fast Shipping $10

   Standard Shipping Free

Product B.1 - 

   Fast Shipping $15

   Standard Shipping Free

If the customer selects Fast shipping for both the products, total shipping charges must be $25
