MY digital downloads app is not working I will need instructions on how to get it working.

Thank you for posting, I'd be happy to help. Would you be able to tell me a bit more about the issue you're having with the Digital Downloads app? Is it with the app itself (within your Shopify admin), or are customers having trouble downloading their files?

Hi,

Unfortunate to hear your app is causing obstructions. You could try alternate apps which seem to be better than the Shopify built app

I believe Wire could be the app to address your use case

- You can sell files, images, URLs and text

- Send out customized emails to customers upon file delivery

We also have a 14-day trial for our new customers
